The NPGA does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the breeders listed or their goats. Members must be aware that trademark laws protect some herdnames from infringement. As a service to our members, NPGA screens applications for obvious potential infringements and will refuse to register them. However, trademark laws and their interpretations vary and we cannot be responsible or liable for trademark infringement. Any publication of trademarks or herdnames found to be infringing is inadvertent and unintentional. Members are urged to contact legal advice prior to submitting a herdname for registration.
