NPGA Special Board of
Directors Meeting
Shreveport, Louisiana
June 10, 2004
President Esterline called the special
meeting to order at 7:39 AM.
Present were Vice-President Ray Hoyt,
Secretary Mark Adkins, Treasurer Linda Henwood, Business
Manager Dori Lowell, Board Members, Linda Gredin, Joyce
Hubbard, John Murray, Andy Nash and Sue Seiler. Secretary
Adkins confirmed that there was a quorum present.
Cheryl Rogers was appointed by President Esterline to fill
the vacancy left in Region 6 when Bobbie Montgomery
resigned. The Board approved this appointment.
Meeting adjourned 7:42 AM. Respectfully
